GTP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design as well as design project management for
the architectural and structural services for the 162,000 square foot first phase of renovation of
the historic dormitory. The $21 million renovation included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
systems as well as a complete interior and exterior architectural renovation.

the architectural and structural services for the complete renovation of a 15,000 square foot historic
administration building at Fort Bragg. The renovation included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
systems as well as a complete interior and partial exterior architectural renovation.
