Chilled Water Pump Upgrade

Mechanical and electrical design and construction administration for the conversion of the
chilled water pumping system to a primary-secondary pumping system with variable frequency
drives on all of the pumps. The project included a new secondary pumping skid and replacement
of the existing primary pumps.

Replacement and Switchgear Upgrade

Mechanical and electrical design and construction administration for the replacement of one of the
existing 600-ton gas absorption chillers with a new 1000-ton electric chiller and the upgrade of the
existing 3000-amp electrical service to two 3000-amp services with a new main-tie-main switchboard.
The project also included the design and implementation of an entirely new chiller plant control
and automation system.

Replacement and Cooling Tower VFD Project

Mechanical and electrical design and construction administration for the replacement of three
existing boiler feedwater pumps and the addition of variable frequency drives (VFDs) for the
cooling towers. The project included controls upgrades for the new cooling tower VFDs.
