Mr. Gaddy founded WSG Engineering (renamed GTP Consulting Engineers) in 2002 as owner and senior electrical engineer.
Prior to that, he worked as a senior electrical engineer at Bolden Engineers, where he handled electrical project design
and the review of all electrical drawings produced by the company. He has also worked as a project engineer at both
Pond & Company and CDH Partners. His responsibilities at those firms ranged from electrical project design to budgeting
and design-studio forecasting.
Mr. Gaddy's design and project management experience includes retail spaces, office buildings, educational facilities,
fueling systems, hospitality facilities, places of assembly, hotels, medical facilities, and mission-critical facilities.
He has handled both renovation and new construction design in a variety of procurement formats.
In 2000, Mr. Gaddy received his professional engineering license in Georgia. He is currently a registered professional
engineer in six states. He graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in electrical
engineering.
